No physical products are shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The products offered on element.zone are digital contents that are delivered immediately after purchase confirmation.

The purchaser is informed in advance that the supply of the digital content begins immediately after the order is confirmed.

For this reason, requests for returns or refunds based solely on the exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be accepted for digital content that has already been delivered or made available to the purchaser.

• The delivered content does not substantially match the published description.
