No physical products are shipped.
2. Product Delivery
Once payment has been completed and confirmed, the purchased digital content will be made available to the purchaser through the mechanisms provided by the platform.
Delivery is carried out electronically and does not require physical transportation.
3. Access Timeframe
Unless a technical issue occurs, access to the digital content will be available immediately or within a very short period after payment confirmation.
However, exceptional circumstances beyond the control of element.zone, such as issues affecting payment platforms, Shopify or email services, may occasionally cause delays.
4. Download or Access Issues

We will review each case and provide the necessary assistance to ensure access to the purchased product where appropriate.
5. Geographic Scope
